  3. Non Cooperation

    • Refunds will not be granted if you report an issue but refuse to cooperate with our team in troubleshooting and resolution.

  4. Requested Features

    • Refunds will not be granted if you request a feature that is not included in the current version of the software.

    • Our refund policy does not cover future feature requests.

  5. Misunderstood Functionality

    • Refunds will not be granted if you misunderstood the scope of the plugin/app’s features.

  6. Incompatible Environment

    • Refunds will not be granted if your environment (e.g., PHP, WordPress, Shopify, or plugin versions) does not meet the stated requirements.

    • Please verify compatibility before purchasing.

  7. Prior Refunds

    • Refunds will not be granted if you have already received a refund from us in the past and then purchased again.

    • This is to prevent repeated free access to updated software.

  8. Subscription Renewals

    • Refunds will not be granted for any subscription renewals.

    • Renewal reminders are sent via email 3 days before and 1 day before the charge.

    • If our developers confirm the product is non functional and cannot be fixed, a refund will be processed.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
