This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting a refund for the Product. By purchasing and using the Product, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 07 days of the initial purchase.
Refunds for the Product are not automatic and are subject to the following conditions:
Non-Functioning Product:
If the Product does not perform or function as intended, you may request a refund. However, before a refund can be considered, you must allow our dedicated development team the opportunity to assist and resolve the issue. Refunds will only be granted if our development team confirms that the issue cannot be resolved.
Voluntary Cessation of Use: Refunds will not be granted if you no longer wish to use the plugin, or if you temporarily needed it but no longer require it.
Non-Cooperation: Refunds will not be granted if you report an issue but do not wish to cooperate with us to help troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
Requested Features: Refunds will not be granted if you request a new feature that is not present in the actual software sold. Our refund policy does not cover the addition of features beyond the scope of the existing functionality.
Misunderstood Functionality: Refunds will not be granted if you misunderstand the scope of our plugin’s functionality and request a feature that the plugin, as is, does not possess.
Incompatible Environment: Refunds will not be granted if your environment is not running the minimum versions of PHP, WordPress, our plugin, and its add-on(s) (if available). Please ensure that your environment meets the stated requirements before making a purchase.
Prior Refunds: Refunds will not be granted if you have obtained at least one refund from us and then proceed to purchase additional software from us later. This ensures that customers do not get our latest software for free on a regular basis by continually claiming refunds.
Subscription Renewals: Refunds will not be granted for any subscription renewals. Once a subscription is renewed, it is non-refundable.
Suitability of the Product: Refunds will not be granted if you have purchased the Product and subsequently determine that it does not suit your needs or preferences. It is your responsibility to evaluate the suitability of the Product before making a purchase.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Refund Approval: If our development team confirms that the Product is non-functioning and cannot be resolved, a refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
Exclusions
This Policy applies solely to the Product and does not cover any other products or services offered by Vertim Coders, LLC. Refund policies for other products or services may be outlined separately in their respective terms and conditions or policies.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to the Policy will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Policy periodically for any updates or changes. Your continued purchase and use of the Product after the posting of revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
